Dr. Palmquist is an Omaha podiatrist certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and offers comprehensive care of the foot and ankle with a specialty in heel pain, sports injuries and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Palmquist was raised on a family farm in northwest Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree from Morningside College and completed his doctorate degree from Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago, Illinois. He completed a 3-year residency in the California Bay Area training in a wide range of settings including the V.A. Medical Center, Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente, private practices and small community hospitals
